I graduated in Classics (BA in 2017, MA in 2019) at the University of Pisa. I was also an undergraduate student in the Class of Humanities at the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa (2014-2019).
I am currently a PhD student in Classics at the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa. My project focuses on the imperfect used in perfective contexts in late-antique and Byzantine Greek. My research interests include the late-antique and medieval Greek verbal system, morphosyntactic alignment in Classical Armenian, and the Classical Armenian verbal system.
I translated several Byzantine grammatical texts for MELA and looked into their sources. My work for MELA gave me crucial help to get my current PhD position. In addition, it has given me knowledge of Byzantine grammatical texts, which have become a research interest of mine.
